Interview before commitment.

You meet every candidate on a video call before any engagement starts. We shortlist, you choose. Nobody is assigned to your team without your explicit approval — no surprises, no automatic placements, no bait-and-switch after the contract is signed.

2-week scale notice.

Add a team member or remove one with 2 weeks notice — no HR process, no severance negotiation, no notice period that runs for months. Your pipeline fluctuates; your team capacity can fluctuate with it. Up or down, 2 weeks is all we ask.

Free replacement if it's not working.

If a team member isn't the right fit after a reasonable settling-in period, we find a replacement at no additional cost. The placement fee covers the match, not just the first person — and if we got the match wrong, we fix it.
